Reflect

Reflect project was developed as part of a Studio Lab run by Irene Martín and Ravin Raori for students of BA Graphic and Media Design. The focus was on how we experience space and how it can express complex ideas, such as intersectional social justice.

With guidance from Alistair McClymont, students designed an interactive piece that uses machine learning to sense when people are near and respond with simple visuals. These responses reflect the viewer's presence, turning them into part of the experience. The work invites us to think about how design systems interpret and classify who we are.
